Commercial Landscaping In Cedar City, UT
During spring, summer, and fall, our regular visits occur every week, even though the service being completed may vary by week. The best commercial lawn care does not take place at a predetermined date, but when the weather and yard necessitate it. This is especially true for commercial landscaping services that take place in spring and fall.

Top Notch Commercial Lawn Care & Landscaping Maintenance
As such, we will use our professional discretion each week to determine what commercial landscaping services need to be addressed. Through this process, we can assure you that all commercial lawn care for your Cedar City, UT property described below will be maintained most effectively and efficiently. We will provide a customized set of services just for you, whether your commercial property is a multi-unit rental property, retail, or office location.
The cost of each visit is a flat rate that is the quoted price when a bid is requested and the “Visit Price” listed on the contract. Each visit is billed separately, and not as a monthly rate.
Commercial Lawn Mowing
Every week, all lawns on your commercial property will be mowed, straight-edged, and string trimmed. The grass will be mulched whenever possible and bagged when it is too wet or too long to mulch. All concrete will be blown off and all landscaped beds will be checked for weeds and debris. This service occurs during our regular commercial lawn care visits, and is available throughout Cedar City, Enoch and areas local to Southern Utah.
Commercial Landscaping Spring Green-up
Current Landscaping Clients

For existing clients, this service will occur during one of our first regular visits in the spring.
New Landscaping Clients
After signing the contract, regardless of the time of year, a commercial landscaping crew from Everything Exterior will visit the property to make sure all bushes, tree shoots, and low branches are trimmed and cleaned up. Weeds will be pulled and/or sprayed. Pine needles, trash, leaves, and debris will be cleaned up. The grass will be trimmed and edged so the property is ready for weekly maintenance.
Pre-Emergent Bed Spray
In the spring, a commercial lawn care crew from Everything Exterior will spray all non-turf landscaped areas with a pre-emergent chemical. This is not a weed killer. It impedes new seeds from growing. This commercial lawn care service will occur during one of our regular visits in the spring.
Commercial Sprinkler System Start-up & Inspection
In the spring, when the weather allows, we will turn on the irrigation water and inspect the sprinkler system. If needed, repairs will be made, and parts and labor will be charged additionally. We will set and control automatic timers and adjust them as needed throughout the season. This service will occur during one of our first regular commercial lawn care visits in the spring. Repairs will be billed separately.
For proper lawn care, grass will need to be watered sufficiently to be healthy and green. Additionally, the grass cannot be watered within 24 hours prior to mowing. This service will occur during one of our regular services, if possible. If not possible, there will be no additional charge. Repairs will be billed separately, as mentioned.
Bush Trimming
Twice a year, in late summer and during winter dormancy, bushes, shrubs, plants, small trees, etc. will be trimmed and cleaned up. The service in late summer will occur during one of our regular commercial landscaping visits. The service during winter dormancy will take place sometime between December and March; the cost will be due when the service occurs and is your regular visit price.
Lawn Fertilizing
At least four times a year, all grass will be fertilized. We have engineered our fertilizer recipes and do not use store-bought fertilizers. The program is designed to give the grass the nutrients it needs during key times of the year. All fertilizer treatments are applied during regular commercial lawn care visits.
Sprinkler System Winterization
At the beginning of winter, as temperatures dictate, we will shut down sprinklers. For a healthy lawn the following year, the grass should go into dormancy due to cold temperatures, not from lack of water. Turning off the water too early can be detrimental to the overall health of the lawn. This service will occur during one of our regular commercial landscaping visits.
Lawn & Yard Winterization
At the beginning of winter, when the grass is done growing and leaves have fallen, we will visit your Cedar City, UT area commercial property one last time to make sure it is ready for winter. (Some years, snow falls before all leaves have completely fallen from trees.) Grass will be mowed ¼” – ½” shorter than usual to prevent snow mold, fungus, and other diseases as well as trimmed and edged one last time so that it looks sharp through the winter. This commercial landscaping service will be our final visit of the year.
